Mixologist Matthew Ryan works at Tremont 647. Winner of our recent Bartender's "Rumble in the Back Bay" Competition, Matt’s finest drink creation was The Honeysuckle.
Matt says “the great thing about Tremont 647’s bar is that it’s very laid back and friendly. Mostly everyone that comes in is happy to meet new people and chat it up with their neighbor. And even better, we’ve got an excellent selection of drinks to choose from.”
Matt can be found behind the bar creating mouthwatering cocktails with Gosling’s Rums on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
When he takes some down-time away from the bar, Matt likes to be outdoors. Biking, skiing, volleyball and hiking are his favorite pastimes.
