We are pleased to present Stephan Joiner as our Bartender of the Month during April 2009. Stephan is a bartender with a musical difference. Since bartending at O’Toole’s Irish Pub in Brandon, Florida, he can frequently be seen playing the bongo drums in-between mixing our famous Dark ‘n Stormy® cocktail!

O’Toole’s Irish Pub on Brandon Boulevard is where the locals have taken to Stephan’s love of the Dark ‘n Stormy® cocktail with such passion that Bermuda’s National cocktail is now on the drinks list served every day at both O’Toole’s inside and outside bars.

Stephan says “I really enjoy working with Gosling’s Bermuda Rums. When I’m asked to recommend a drink, I offer the classic cocktail, the authentic Dark ’n Stormy®.”

Stephan can be seen tending the bar Wednesday through to Sunday each week. When Stephan isn’t working, he enjoys raising his dogs and playing the bongo drums.
