Scott Healy was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He has been working for Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill on Clearwater Beach, Florida for the past five years. Frenchy’s Rockaway is the most visited restaurant on Clearwater Beach and is one of four owned by Michael “Frenchy” Preston. Specializing in fresh grouper and seafood, along with other specialty menu items; Frenchy’s Rockaway is well recognized for she crab soup, healthy portions, tropical drinks and live entertainment all while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Scott’s favorite drink is the “Wet Seal” made with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, watermelon pucker, orange juice, and a splash of cranberry juice. Scott’s famous shot is the “Scotty Shotty” made with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur, cranberry juice, orange juice, and a splash of sour.

Scott has built up a great reputation with the locals as well as vacationers for creating a fun and entertaining atmosphere. He is fast, efficient and friendly, all while exhibiting great showmanship. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter. He also enjoys playing golf while drinking his favorite Gosling’s rum.
