Steve is no stranger to the Orange County restaurant scene where he has been an extremely successful Bar Manager at many high profile OC restaurants over the past 21 years. Settling at the Arches Restaurant, Steve likes the relaxed, friendly atmosphere and enjoys catching up with the many patrons who include the sailing community and members of the Newport Coast Golf Club.

Steve’s creativity behind the bar lends itself perfectly to the mix ability of our flagship Gosling's Black Seal Rum, with his favourite drink being Bermuda’s national cocktail the Dark ‘n Stormy®.
