Hal Brock, a Virginia native, is the Flavorist and Bar Manager at Hearsay Gastro Lounge in Houston, TX. After a formal education in Journalism at George Mason University and a plethora of assorted jobs, his career in flavor has taken him through Washington, D.C., Chicago, and New York.

Now, with almost a decade in the industry and the creative juices to fill a small sea, his cocktails are far from ordinary. His experience in Indian, Latin American and Asian cuisine gives way to a mix of exotic flavors and local ingredients that never disappoints.
