Nick Roosa bartends at One & One Bar located at 76 East 1st Street (corner of first avenue) and is our Bartender of the Month for October, 2011.

He has been bartending for 3 years and tells us: “Working with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum puts a great twist on any cocktail; it has such a distinct flavour. My personal favourite has to be Bermuda's National cocktail, the Dark 'n Stormy - it's a classic!"

When Nick isn’t bartending he enjoys performing stand-up comedy, running marathons and One & One’s fish and chips - they always hit the spot.
