Paul Lambert
'With almost 20 years behind the stick, Paul Lambert is widely regarded as Ireland's finest mixologist. He has tended bars at some of the most luxurious establishments including Sheen Falls Lodge, Kenmare and Gleneagles Resort in Scotland.

He moved back to Dublin in 2002 and quickly established Diep Le Shaker, SABA and Kinara Group as serious award winning cocktail joints.

He has finished 3rd in the world and 3rd in Europe in cocktail competitions, representing Ireland a total of seven times.

Two years ago, Paul set up a little pop up bar which is since become Dublin's best kept secret, The Blind Pig. The Blind Pig is a trip down memory lane to a time in 1920's New York, with vintage cocktails, secret entrances, etc... which has now become a permanent fixture on the Dublin cocktail scene, and will be opening up 7 nights a week very soon! www.theblindpig.ie

Upstairs @ Kinara Kitchen is a collaboration of Paul's passion for all things vintage cocktail related and Kinara Kitchen's award winning food, with a focus on rums, amassing a collection of 40 from all over the world.

Paul says: 'Rum is my passion and what I love about Gosling's is the flavour and character of the rum. It is both mixable and worth sipping on its own too! I am really excited and looking forward to welcoming the Gosling family to our bar at Upstairs@KinaraKitchen.'
