Ingredients

1 oz Gosling's Gold Rum
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Sugar Syrup.

Method

Shake ingredients on ice and strain into the bottom of a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with a long lemon rind twist.
