Ingredients
2 oz Gosling's Gold Rum4 oz Pineapple Puree
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 or 2 Sprigs of Fresh Muddled Mint
Squeeze of Fresh Lime
Method
Crush a small amount of mint in a shaker. Add ice and all ingredients, including the fresh lime, and shake. Serve straight-up and garnish with a lime twist.Created by Erik Johnson of L'Espalier.
