Ingredients2 oz Gosling's Gold Rum
1 oz Honey Syrup
1 oz Dry Vermouth
1 oz Ginger Beer
MethodCombine all of the ingredients in a shaker over ice, shake and pour into a martini glass rimmed with sugar. Garnish with a lemon wheel between 2 orchids and finish with a flaming lemon peel.
