Ingredients

2½ oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
2 tsp heaped of Lemon Sorbet
1 oz Simple Syrup
3 Basil Leaves
2 Orange Peels

Method

Combine the Gosling's Black Seal Rum, simple syrup and sorbet in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until all of the ingredients are mixed thoroughly and strain into a martini glass. Flame orange peels for essence and drop in.
