Ingredients

1 ½ oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
5 oz verjus*
4 dashes Regans' Orange Bitters
1 oz meyer lemon syrup

Method

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add verjus, orange bitters, and lemon syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into tall Collins glass over ice. Top with Gosling's Black Seal Rum, garnish with 2 green Princess grapes speared on toothpick.
