1 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
10 mint leaves
freshly grated ginger root
1 oz simple syrup
½ oz lemon juice
club soda
mint sprig
lemon spiral

Method

Muddle about 10 mint leaves with simple syrup and grated ginger. Mix in Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, simple syrup, lemon juice and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon spiral,
