Cranberry-Ginger Rum Fizz (created by Ming Tsai)


3 oz Gosling's Gold Bermuda Rum
3 oz cranberry juice
Squeeze fresh lime
Splash of ginger syrup (2 hands ginger, sliced, simmered in 2:1 sugar to water ratio until syrupy consistency)
Splash of ginger ale
Sugared cranberries for garnish


In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients over ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with sugared cranberries. Also great served on the rocks.
