The Mingus (served at the Bellagio, Las Vegas)

Ingredients

1 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
1 oz Gosling’s Gold Rum
1 oz Appleton XO
˝ oz rock candy syrup
˝ oz orgeat syrup
˝ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz fresh sweet-n-sour
1 oz cranberry juice

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice until frothy.  Pour into highball glass.  Garnish with an orange.
