Ingredients

1¾ oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
¾ oz Gran Gala liqueur
1 oz orange juice
½ oz lemon juice
1 small banana (muddle)
1 banana twist (garnish)
float of Mai Tai foam

Method

In a pint glass muddle banana with Gran Gala liqueur. Add lemon juice, orange juice, Gosling's Black Seal Rum and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass then top off with Mai Tai foam and garnish with a banana twist.
