Christmas Morn (created by George K. Marshall, Philadelphia, PA)


2oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum
1/4 cup Cocoa
1/2 cup Sugar
4 cups Half-and-half (one part milk and one part cream)
1/4 tsp Freshly ground nutmeg


Make a rich pot of hot chocolate using the cocoa (Hersheys or similar), sugar, half-and-half and 1/3 cup of hot water. Add 2oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground nutmeg into a mug and top with hot chocolate. Mix and serve.

Great on Christmas morning after a long party on Christmas Eve!
