First Mate’s Sauce (created by Cindy Bradley, Indiana, USA)

Ingredients

Pour this sauce over seafood, chicken, or pork before roasting.

Equal amounts of (about 2 tablespoons per serving):
Ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
Butter
Gosling’s Black Seal Rum

Method

Mix ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, stirring frequently, until the consistency of barbecue sauce.
