Ingredients

2 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
3 oz Hot Water
2 tbs Honey
2 Lemon Slices
6 thin slices of Fresh Ginger

Method

Muddle ginger and lemon at the bottom of the mug. Add rum, hot water and honey. Garnish with fresh crushed black peppercorn.
