Ingredients

2 oz Gosling's Gold Rum
10 Mint Leaves
1 Pack of Raw Sugar
3 Fresh Lime Wedges
Splash of Lime Cordial

Method

In a tall glass ream the mint leaves, sugar and lime juice together. Add Gosling's Gold Rum and top with soda water. Garnish with a lime and fresh mint sprig.
