MARION BERMUDA CRUISING YACHT RACE 2009

The Marion Bermuda Race is the East Coast’s biggest ORR Racing event of the year and there is still plenty of time for sailors to join this 645 mile Cruising Yacht Race to the sunny islands of Bermuda. The excitement starts in Marion MA on June 19th.

MARBLEHEAD-TO-HALIFAX OCEAN RACE 2009

The Boston Yacht Club and the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron are pleased to invite you to the 33rd biennial Marblehead-to-Halifax Ocean Race. The 360 nautical mile course from Marblehead, Massachusetts, U.S.A., to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, will start on July 5th, 2009.

MUDHEAD BENEFIT CUP FOR HOSPICE SECT

After raising nearly a million dollars from the Mudhead Benefit Regattas in Connecticut over the years, this year The Mystic River Mudhead Sailing Association have waived the $100 entry fee to the Mudhead Benefit Cup for Hospice SECT. We want you guys to come out and race! Whether you raise a dollar or a thousand dollars, we want your happy, wet sanded bottoms on the water with us on July 18th in Fishers Island Sound.

The Dillon Yacht Club extends a warm invitation to all sailors interested in participating in the 2009 Dillon Open Regatta, the world’s highest regatta at 9,017 ft above sea level, from July 31 - August 2, 2009.

SMUTTYNOSE ISLAND REGATTA 2009

The 2009 Smuttynose Island Regatta is scheduled to take place on August 15th and 16th. The regatta includes J105's, J24's PHRF Racing and Cruising with the first warning signal at 11:30am each day of racing.
