The restaurant offers simple yet upscale, reasonably-priced foods created with fresh from the Market ingredients. During the evenings, the 90-seat restaurant lowers the lights, uncorks its list of excellent Northwest wines and beers, and offers hearty, “small and large plates” from its sustainable-focused menu. TASTE is a great place to be. TASTE Bartenders are provided with both the resources, and the creative freedom to consistently come up with great cocktails.
