  Gosling's Gourmet will debut three indulgent Rum Cakes, intriguing Preserves, & SweetHeat® Sauces - all made with Gosling's inimitable barrel-aged Black Seal Rum - at the NASFT Fancy Food Show in July.

Over two years in the making, Edward Bottone, and President of Gosling's Export Bermuda, Malcolm Gosling have collaborated on a new and exciting line of Gourmet products that showcases Gosling's Black Seal Rum and flavours of Bermuda.

"We took our inspiration from Black Seal Rum cocktails; traditional and new," says Bottone, "deconstructing drinks like Bermuda's Dark 'n Stormy and the Rum Swizzle. There is a Dark 'n Stormy preserve, sauce and rum cake; Rum Swizzle preserves and a Rum Swizzle rum cake, Passionate Plum Gombey sauce, a double chocolate rum cake we call Cocorumba,".
