Local Michael Sims was happy to be back on home soil but faced stiff competition from top local pro and close friend Dwayne Pearman and top quality pros like Delroy Cambridge, PH Horgan and Kirk Hanefeld.

Head of the Bermuda Professional Golf Association and also head pro at Belmont Hills, Brian Morris, said it was exciting to see Sims coming back to Bermuda to play in the GOSLING'S INVITATIONAL. "We are hoping the spectators come out and watch the tournament - personally I feel this is the best field for the local tournament we have had in the last 20 years. And there is $50,000 prize money up for grabs."
