Featuring innovative tropical cocktails, savory bites, and a new dessert from Pastry Chef Caroline Schiff. Parlour guests will enjoy live piano music nightly.
A portion of cocktail sale proceeds to benefit The Ocean Foundation’s Sargasso Sea Commission, which strives to protect the important ocean ecosystem that surrounds Bermuda.

A portion of the proceeds will be directed towards The Ocean Foundation and restoration of the Sargasso Sea to help protect the ocean habitat that surrounds Bermuda. The Sargasso Sea is an invaluable spawning habitat for endangered anguillid eels, various species of sharks, rays, whales, and dolphins.
