  • 2 oz Goslings Gold Seal Rum
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime juice
  • 1 oz Mango juice
  • ¾ oz Lemongrass Kaffir Lime syrup*
  • ½ bar spoon Thai Chili Tincture**


Shake and serve on the rocks. * Lemongrass Kaffir Lime syrup Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Add Lemongrass that has been scarred with the back of a knife. Slowly bring to a rolling boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add Kaffir Lime leaves (approximately 20). Simmer for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Strain out lemongrass and Kaffir Lime Leaves. **Thai Chili Tincture Soak 24 Thai Chilis in a 750ml of 100 proof vodka overnight.
