Winter Citrus Rum Punch(Serves 12)


  • 2 1/2 cups Goslings Spirited Seas Ocean Aged Rum
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 pound assorted winter citrus (like blood oranges, grapefruit, kumquats), thinly sliced
  • Ice, to serve


  • Add the Goslings Spirited Seas rum, grapefruit juice, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a large punch bowl and stir to combine.
  • This should yield about 6 cups.
  • Top with the sliced winter citrus and serve punch over ice in festive glasses.

Smoked Old Fashioned


  • 2 oz Goslings Spirited Seas Ocean Aged Rum
  • .25oz Cane sugar
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Rum-soaked Black Cherries (or use Luxardo cherries)
  • Dehydrated Orange Slice 


  • Start by lighting a piece of cedar and put a rocks glass on top. 
  • Once the flame extinguishes and you see smoke fill the glass, remove. 
  • Add rum, sugar, bitters, and  then a large ice cube into the glass.
  • Give it a quick stir to dilute and chill.
  • Garnish with rum-soaked black cherries and a dehydrated orange slice.
