2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
2 Grilled Pineapple Rings
Muddle the grilled pineapple with the rum and pineapple juice, add ice, coconut cream and shake vigorously. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass with honey and roll in seasoned toasted coconut shavings (optional). Double strain the cocktail into the glass. (This recipe can also be blended with 1 ½ cups of ice for a frozen version).
