• 6 oz. Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer
• 2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
• Lime wedge
Into a tall glass filled with ice, pour the ginger beer and float the rum on top. Stir (until it looks like a storm cloud). Optional garnish: Lime wedge.
Shake all ingredients with ice til frothy. Pour over fresh ice in a tall glass. Optional garnish: fresh grated cinnamon.
Shake and Strain over fresh ice in an old-fashioned glass or up in a martini glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
