The Official Potion of Halloween
In a tall glass filled with ice, pour 6 oz. Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer. Top with 2oz. Goslings Black Seal Rum and garnish with a lime wedge.
1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
1 oz Pineapple juice
2/3 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Grapefruit juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz Grenadine
Dash of aromatic bitters
Blend with ice or shake vigorously and pour over fresh ice. Optional garnish to replicate the traditional flavor of absinthe: star anise. Optional: Top with a float of Goslings Black Seal Rum 151.
1 ½ oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
½ oz Molasses Syrup
4 oz Cold Brew Coffee
2 oz Hand Whipped Hazelnut Cream
Build with ice leaving room for cream. stir to combine in a Collins glass. Top with hand whipped cream (If Hazelnut Cream is not available, whipped heavy cream may be substituted).
Garnish: Grated Nutmeg
Fill tall glass with ice. Pour in apple cider, then Ginger Beer. Float Goslings Black Seal Rum on top. Garnish with apple wedges.
2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
3 oz apple cider
½ oz orange juice
½ oz orange liqueur
Cinnamon and sugar mix
Into a shaker add the Goslings Black Seal Rum, apple cider, orange juice, orange liqueur and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass, garnished with a cinnamon sugar rim.
1 ½ oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup or Falernum
1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Shake and Strain over fresh ice in an old-fashioned glass or up in a martini glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a sugar rimmed, chilled martini glass. Sprinkle with fresh ground cinnamon.
Muddle the fresh blackberries, fresh mint leaves, simple syrup and the juice of half a lime. Add the rum and shake over ice. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and top with soda water to taste.
