Ingredients

 

• 1 ½ oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Coconut Cream

 

Method

Combine in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice in a rocks or hurricane glass. Garnish with freshly ground nutmeg. The ingredients can also be blended with ice for a frozen cocktail.
