• 1 1/2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
• 1/2 oz Amaretto
• 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• Dash Liquid Alchemist Coconut Syrup

 

Method

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish: Dried Pineapple Cup
