Ingredients:

• 1,5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
• ¾ oz Fresh Lemon juice
• 1 oz Falernum
• I bar spoon Hot Pepper Jam
• 1 Egg White

Method:
In a shaker combine all the ingredients over ice, shake well. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with a lemon wheel
